Katherine moved to the Eastern Shore of Maryland from Westhampton Beach, Long Island, NY when she was 11 years old.  She evolved into real estate in 1982 and helped run her family-owned real estate company doing sales and property management for over 14 years. 

In 1985, Katherine received her GRI designation. She did sales and marketing for new home construction with an Eastern Shore developer for 4 years before moving to Ocean City in 1999.  Katherine was always drawn to Ocean City and Assateague Island since, it reminded her so much of her time spent on the beaches in the Hamptons. 

For the past 20 years, she has specialized in selling North Ocean City properties. She managed the on-site real estate office in beautiful Heron Harbour Isle for 12 years, specializing in condo and multi-million dollar single family home sales, with over 80 million dollars in community sales. 

 

Katherine is a consistent Multi-Million Dollar Top Producer.  She is married to a marina owner and lives in West Ocean City.  She loves traveling, horseback riding, cooking, the beach and working out in her spare time.  She has a huge love of animals and advocates for their safety and well-being.
